Please label all personal belongings with Patient’s First Name & Last Initial

  • Robes with all inside strings not attached/ No belt allowed

  • Toothbrush, Toothpaste (unopened)

  • No more than $20.00 in cash

Yes. We have a full service cafeteria with a variety of options for patients. We work closely with a nutritionist and the nursing staff to ensure that the dietary needs and restrictions of our patients are met.

No. Our rooms are all semi-private, but they include a private bathroom, a separate nightstand and armoire.

Yes, we recognize the importance of family/friends to the healing process and encourage telephone calls and visitation. Designated times for calls and visitation will be provided during the admission process.

The length of time a patient is in treatment varies due to acuity and progress in treatment. It is dependent upon the recommendations of the treatment team, your physician and you.

Yes, we will provide individual and family therapy during your stay as appropriate and dictated by the attending physician.

Yes, we recognize the importance of the continuity of care and we ask that you inform the admission personnel of anyone currently involved in your care.

This depends on if you are eligible for continuation of coverage through COBRA. If you have confirmation letters showing you have recently been accepted/enrolled in continuation of coverage, please bring those with you and present at time of admission.

Yes, you should always present ALL active insurance policies, including TRICARE, at the time of registration. By allowing us to verify all policies and obtain authorizations, we can improve the process by which your insurance companies coordinate payment for possible deductibles or co-insurance.

The Financial Counseling Department will verify your insurance coverage as a courtesy for you and will meet with you/family members to go over that information.
